Dear Members,

First of all, I would like to congratulate the organizing committee of INTERSPEECH 2015 for a successful conference in Dresden,
the capital of Saxony! This is the 16th Annual Conference of the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA).
INTERSPEECH 2015 received widespread acclaim for its organization, technical programs and social programs. It also recorded
the highest number of paper submissions. On behalf of ISCA, my warm big thanks go to the whole organization team,
led by General Chair Sebastian Möller and General co-Chair Hermann Ney, and all volunteers who are committed to help
with the various aspects of organizing the conference and technical program.

It is my pleasure to report that the ISCA Board Election 2015 was successfully concluded and the votes counted on 30 April 2015.
I would like to thank all of you who voted in the election, and warmly congratulate the five newly elected Board Members for the
term of 2015-2019. They are Kay Berkling, John Hansen, Lori Lamel, Satoshi Nakamura, and Torbjorn Svendsen. I am also glad
to announce that ISCA Board has also appointed the officers for the term of 2015-2017. They are Vice President John Hansen,
Secretary Douglas O'Shaughnessy, and Treasurer Mark Hasegawa-Johnson.

On behalf of the membership, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the four retiring Board Members, Alan Black, Helen
Meng, Bernd MÖBIUS, and ISCA ex-President Tanja Schultz for their eight years of dedicated service to ISCA.

I am honoured to take office as the new President at the best moment of ISCA. I look forward to working closely with the new
