Dear Members,

Now Interspeech content is in the hands of the reviewers. In the first days of May, the notification of acceptance(s) will be sent to the authors. All the work of preparation of the conference by the organizers will come out of the shade once a program will be announced. Thanks for their efforts.

May I draw your attention on the fact that Interspeech is an exceptional opportunity for people not only to present their current research but also to communicate; plenty of meetings are organized around the main core of the conference. You are invited to participate according to your main concern in speech science and technology (in particular undergraduate and MS students).

The board has now announced the ISCA distinguished lecturers of 2016-2017: congratulations to them and I wish them to be brilliant and convincing ambassadors of ISCA. 

I hope to meet you in San Francisco.
