Speech Research Engineer @ Voice AI Startup!

Location: Belmont, MA

Available: Immediately

We are seeking a speech research engineer with machine learning expertise to join our dynamic and ambitious team that is passionate about Voice!

Responsibilities:

- Algorithm design and implementation

- Research advances in sequence to sequence models of speech synthesis

- Research advances in generative models of synthesis (autoregression, GAN, etc.)

- Implement machine learning techniques for speech processing and synthesis

- Design and implement natural language processing techniques into synthesis flow

- Conduct systematic experiments to harden research methods for productization

- Work closely with engineers to implement and deliver the final product

- Present research findings in written publications and oral presentations

Required Qualifications:

- MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field

- Experience programming in C/C++, Python,

- Experience with machine learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, etc.)

- Experience with Windows and Linux

- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

- Must communicate clearly & effectively

- Strong analytical and oral communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
