Nothing special in this November issue: job offers, new conferences,.. except a call for nomination of  ISCA Fellows.

I still urge the organizers of events to contact me in time for any announcement in ISCApad. The newsletter is monthly edited so that an announcement could be delayed by one month if submitted  at the reception of an issue (tentatively on the 10 th of each month).
