PhD positions are available in our group at Inria, in France, on deep learning for:
- speech enhancement
- robust speaker recognition
- robust speech recognition
- language model adaptation

Profile:
Candidates must hold an MSc in computer science, machine learning, signal processing, or
applied mathematics, or be about to obtain one. Programming experience in Python or C/C++
is a must.

Working Environment:
Nancy is one of the top cities to study in France with 50,000 students, cheap
accomodation, a vibrant cultural scene, and good connections to Paris (1.5h), Luxemburg
(1.5h), Belgium, and Germany. Inria Nancy is a 500-people research institute dedicated to
computer science. The Multispeech team (https://team.inria.fr/multispeech/) is a
30-people group covering various fields of speech science, with a strong emphasis on
statistical machine learning and signal processing.
