This February issue comes a bit earlier due to a personal absence in February. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I remind you that the tentative date for releasing this web newsletter is the 10th of each month.

As a consequence contributors are invited to send me their announcements before the 5th of each month to have them published in this month. In case of urgency (extended deadlines, date and location modifications,...) I can modify the last issue but I am not authorized to send other emails to the memberlist  than the monthly annoucement of ISCApad issue.

I make my best to provide exact information; however the official information should be found on the web of the conference organizers.

Do not hesitate to contact me in case of difficulties and please send me your announcements; it happens that I am informed not by the organizers but by other sources and such an  additional level in the information transmission causes delays.
