                       Deadline: December 1, 2015
          http://2016.ieeeicassp.org/ShowAndTellProposals.asp

Continuing in the tradition established 2008, the ICASSP 2016 organization committee is soliciting proposals for a show & tell event that will be held during the conference. The show & tell event includes demonstrations of innovations done by research and engineering groups in industry, academia and governmental institutes. The demonstrations can be related to any of the technical areas of ICASSP, as defined in the call for papers of ICASSP 2016. The show & tell sessions will take place concurrently with the regular technical sessions at ICASSP and they will be co-located with the commercial exhibitions in order to maximize visibility.

The deadline for submission of a show & tell proposal is December 1, 2015, and the notification of acceptance will be given by December 21, 2015. Proposals should be submitted by filling out the form below. All information requested in the template must be provided in order for the proposal to receive full consideration. Show & tell demonstrations at ICASSP are attractive and space is limited. The abstract must clearly explain in what sense the proposed demonstration is novel and innovative and how it will appeal to the ICASSP audience. Show & tell demonstrations should have an interactive component, which goes beyond demonstrating ?simple? simulated graphs on a computer. Commercial product demonstrations are considered more appropriate for ICASSP exhibitions, and will not be considered for show & tell.

Each demonstration will be provided with a skirted table, easel for a poster and an electrical power strip. All other equipment needs to be provided by the presenters. You will be responsible for any shipping costs, delivery to and from the conference as well as care of your equipment during the conference. You will also need to register at ICASSP in order to present a demonstration. Please arrive earlier and make your demonstration ready before your session starts.

All demos will be evaluated for up two Best Demo Awards by the organization committee. The recipients of Best Demo Award will be granted a certificate from the organization committee of ICASSP 2016 and a prize offered by the sponsor of this event.

For questions, please contact the Show & Tell Committee Chair Fa-Long Luo at the address demo@icassp2016.org
