Dear ISCApad readers,

The deadline for voting for a renewed board is April 30th; It is a good opportunity to show your will to act as responsible members.

The review process has now started for Interspeech 2015. I cheer up all the volontary reviewers to make this conference content as good as possible. Organizing Interspeech is a key issue for ISCA.Its quality depends on the organizers as well as on the reviewers.

I remind the potential candidates to the Christian Benoit award that the submission deadline is May 18th. Their submission will honor the memory of our excellent past colleague. 

ISCAweb and ISCApad are two media providing information on ISCA's and speech community's life; it is natural that the information is duplicated. However ISCApad is a push medium and delivers more detailed information on conferences, workshops and job opportunities.   Manu and I work hand in hand and strive to make them as coherent as possible.

I recommend the announcers to account for a month delay between their sending and the publication in ISCApad. Last minute announcements are only exceptionally reported.
