Dear ISCApad readers,

March is a very important month for ISCA.

First, the early  days see the submission deadline for the candidates to the board. A vote will be organized soon and a partly renewed board will guide ISCA to new horizons.

Second, very soon is the deadline for submitting your paper for Interspeech 2015 (March 20th).

But in the middle of all this activity, there is a new call that could remain unseen: the call for applications to the Christian Benoit award. Every year, it reminds  me Christian's enthusiastic face for his research. He passed away so young in the beginning of what announced to be a brilliant career. We all remember his lip models and his research in audio-visual speech in his lab in Grenoble. To honor him, I hope excellent papers will be submitted to the committee.
