Our vice-president Haizhou Li announces important change of our policy in terms of access to Proceedings. Please pay attention on his message in our section ISCA News.

An important global call for participations to Interspeech 2015 is also included under our section ISCA events.

I try to put ISCApad on line  for the 10th of every month. As a consequence I recommend you to send me your announcements later by the 5th of the month you want to see it posted. Please pay arttention to send information that will not be obsolete at the date of publication, mainly regarding submission deadlines.

I apologize for the late publication this month which is due to some problems with my PC: upgrading an OS could be risky...
