Dear Members,

We have this month a large amount of new advertised conferences and workshops as well as many job openings.

I notice that we miss in ISCApad a section devoted to information related to new masters, new courses, calls for application for organizing events,...I try to dispatch  them under different titles but in the future I hope to extend the title of Industrial ... to more general information than just industrial. For instance, information related to ICASSP organization or academic information could take place under this extended heading.

I would appreciate to give more visibility to the submission deadline extensions that are quite frequent. If you organize a conference, workshop or special issue of which the deadline is modified, please inform me personaly ( subject of your mail should be 'deadline extension') and I will try to modify ISCApad between two successive issues.

Our aim is to keep ISCApad a flexible communication tool to best organize the scientific life of speech researchers.

My best wishes go the the organizers of INTERSPEECH 2014 who do not restrict their efforts to make Singapore INTERSPEECH a most memorable one. Congratulations to all of you whose paper has been accepted for the conference.
