Dear Members,

The reviewing process of INTERSPEECH submissions is going on. I wish you all the chance to join us in Singapore.

All congratulations to Roger Moore and Catherine Best who will be our ambassadors as distinguished lecturers.

I take to opportunity of this edito to thank people working in the shade but are essential for the communication with members: Haizhou Li, our vice-president is always ready to support ISCA Web and ISCApad and Tse Min Lua from In-Campus (Singapore) is an efficient computer scientist: thanks to them, I succeed to edit this newsletter in time ( almost!) in spite of occasional software problems and bugs.
