Sorry for the delayed announced in my previous message! Your next issues will be posted as usual on the 10th of each month.

In this issue, our vice-president Haizhou Lee gives some information on the on-going work of the board.

There are plenty of new informations on conferences, books and jobs but what is essential as remindered by Haizhou,  is the submission deadline for INTERSPEECH 2014  on March 24!

Manu, our efficient secretary, regularly updates the lists of jobs and conferences. Together we endeavor to synchronize those lists between our Website and ISCApad but it is more difficult and time consuming than expected. As a consequence, we recommend  to regularly check the website until an efficient synchroniation is set up.
